At Sculpt By Shae, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and personalized support. Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are purchasing a personalized wellness product and/or service that may include guidance, support, and consultation. Because of this customized approach, results may vary and are not guaranteed.

Orders may not be canceled once they have been processed. If a customer wishes to make a change, they must contact us immediately after placing the order. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. We do not issue refunds for damaged items but will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Sculpt By Shae is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Any delivery-related issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.
