All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization and verification. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended; however, customers will be notified if any significant delays occur.

All orders are shipped using trusted U.S. carriers and include valid tracking information. Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that fulfillment is considered complete once the package has been handed off to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided.

We currently ship within the United States, with estimated delivery times of 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Sculpt By Shae is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Sculpt By Shae considers the order fulfilled and is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for any delivery-related issues, including delays, missing packages, or delivery confirmation disputes.

In cases where a dispute or claim is filed, tracking information confirming shipment and delivery will be used as proof of fulfillment. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these shipping terms.
